CBD York St. Staff are friendly. Thanks for that but coffee taste is a bitter. Also, no foam Cappuccino. They have only one size no large size. Too small for those who usually have large one.

Nice Iced Matcha Recommended! Shop environment small but clean, not too many seats, better to take away if you dont wanna wait for to be seated especially on weekends:)

Really excellent coffee! Coffee is generally high quality all over Australia, but many are a bit too soft for me - the coffee lacks complexity of flavor, brightness. This roaster really knows what they are doing. If you appreciate the art of coffee roasting, and a smooth but robust flavor, this is your spot! Food is really good too, there’s just not a big selection.

I was surprised by the poor customer service. After making a purchase, I asked if I could have a cup of hot or warm water, and was told they couldn't accommodate this request. I understand that some cafes may have policies, but it's disappointing to see such a lack of flexibility when it comes to a basic request, there are ways to go before simply saying No. It’s small gestures like this that can really affect the overall experience, and unfortunately, it has been labeled “bad customer service” to a Korean Cafe. Sorry about other helpful staff but this morning the lady staff has brought me the experience like this
