Good food and service for great value. Yes they are young students so be patient and supportive. They are learning.

Fried quail was deep fried and  very crispy with a unique sauce.
Mojitos were amazingly balanced. Negroni was a little too sweet.
Chicken terrine was a cold dish with meaty chunks. Bread was slightly burnt though.
Steak was medium rare like I ordered.
Dessert was like a sticky date pudding with fairy floss.

The supervisor could improve the customer experience and students' learning by sharing guidance out of the earshot of customers. It was quite disruptive for students to sometimes be berated by the supervisor in front of the customers.

A good place to come to experience fine dining at a cheaper price. this cooking institute restaurant serves modern dishes from trainee chefs and hospitality students.  the 4 scallops for entree were of excellent value, and tasted amazing

ambiance is good, food is good, and great value for money with the 3 course. this was a fun dining experience.

A nice place to experience fine dining for a cheaper. The students in training did a good job in serving us. A friend of mine though their dish was a little too burnt so they promptly gave them a new dish. Food was quite good and looked visually appealing.

Had a great gastronomic dinner experience here. This restaurant is training in hospitality. They have themed nights and this week is the Christmas dinner. The table spread was impressive, 3 course meal for $ 38 pp, good selection of vinos. The quality of food was superb, very good portions and well presented and as good as top class restaurants. It is wise to book as very popular! Paid parking is along Little Lonsdale but best by trams 30, 86. The staff trainees were very polite and smiley. There’s also a wheelchair lift available.
Truly enjoyable experience and would definitely come back.
