Wish i could rate this hotel higher as its amazing, spent 4 nights here. The rooms are spacious and decorated to high standard with venetian plastering. The bed was a super kingsize and some extra. Very clean and bathroom had a hot power shower. The staff especially the cleaning lady were lovely but a-bit abrupt. Downstairs the reception and dining room are very chic, reminds me of a New York hotel. Breakfast every morning was the same but very healthy and nutritious. Location was perfect for every where, very central and will have to go back in summer to try the roof top pool. Amazing hotel.

The hotel is old and have many things broken. For the same prices you could find something better and newer.

I travel during the winter, water at the pool is cold. The telephone and shower from my room were broken. The furniture was old, the air conditioner did a noise, if you are sensitive of noises at night, this might bother you.

Overall, a nice hotel. Useful to have a pool in the summer heat and not overcrowded. A little out of the centre, which we had hoped meant it would be quieter but the soundproofing was poor. We could hear the lift and the pool from our room - even when the pool was closed in the middle of the night. Staff were great and bed was comfortable. Stay here but bring earplugs.

Great, hotel, we had a pleasant stay and the staff was very helpful.
10/10 breakfast and beautiful rooms.
Parking needs to be sorted outas it's a bit confusing and on public roads,  the location is not the best and the upfront road is quite noisy, but we will surely be back!

The hotel is great: rooms are big and beautiful, breakfast has plenty of options and food was very tasty and fresh, and the location is good and quiet to sleep at night. However, the fact that they close the pool at 18:00 is a shame. Being a city hotel, where the temperature during the summer is high even later in the afternoon, it’s a shame not being able to go for a dip after having walked around the city. Also, in the bar of the pool, the indoors part of the bar, people smoke inside. Quite disgusting. Overall a great experience except for those two things.
