Unbeatable location, true ski in ski out with a great ski locker setup. Staff are super friendly and helpful includes a pretty extensive breakfast everyday. This hotel is basically brand new, rooms clean and updated.

I had an amazing experience during my stay. What I loved about is that the location is very convenient. In the morning, you get on the gondola right across the street, and in the afternoon, you ski back to the hotel as the trail ends right next to it! Heated ski storage lockers are a big plus as well.
The food and service are spectacular. Staff are warm, professional, and polite.
The best part for me was throwing myself in the sauna and pool after a long day of skiing.
Overall, it is definitely an amazing place to stay. And I will go back there on my next skiing trip.

The hotel is in a perfect location for skiing at the bottom of the Hahnenkamm lift.  There is convenient heated ski boot room.  All the staff were friendly and personal.  The service and catering were second to none.  We were particularly reassured with their care and attention to food allergies.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location.  The staff were great - really attentive and friendly. We had a birthday and they brought a cake with candles at 7am before we left. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful hotel with the feel of a family run business. Staff are welcoming and and nothing is too much effort. We paid for partial board so we have a designated family table in the restaurant for our entire stay where we get breakfast and dinner each day. This is a nice touch. Also - this is true “ski in, ski out” and you can ski right to the hotel door from the world famous Streif and store your gear in your designated, locked cabinet. When you are ready to ski, the lift is 10 steps across the street. Really great spot.
