Great hotel! We highly recommend this hotel right in the center. Friendly staff, who include Sandra at the front desk who is FANTASTIC, HELPFUL, and KIND! She has customer service down to an art form! Eva is extremely helpful too at the front desk. All in all , great staff, service, food, amenities, etc. We will DEFINITELY be back. Close to the center shops. Clean rooms! Highly recommend this place!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Das Reisch we had a lovely big room at the front of the hotel with a lovely view looking out over the church and the mountains behind. The bed was King size and very comfortable the bathroom was spacious with a shower sink large mirror and toilet there was plenty of storage for all our clothes all in all it was very comfortable. As for the food it was excellent dinner we were eating of the restaurants ALA carte menu and the service was quick and nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was was just as good with plenty of choice for all tastes. The reception staff deserve a special mention as they couldn't do enough to make our stay special weather it was a friendly hello or good morning or offering helpful suggestions of things to do.we will definitely be returning to the Das Reisch

Currently staying at this hotel. While I believe it is a 4 star, and the staff are very friendly (breakfast is also fantastic), a serious downside is the echoing of every noise, due to lack of carpeting (wood flooring throughout rooms & hallways) in the property, anytime someone in a room below, above or next door moves a chair or comes to their room, you hear every noise. There is under floor heating, which is nice, but doesn’t provide any white noise to mask the external noises. This makes it tough to go to fall asleep at night or wake up early to ski. It’s also very evident we are above the kitchen, hearing pots & pans. While the windows are double glazed, you can also hear groups of friends having a good time outside.

We stayed here last week and enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff are wonderful,  everyone wants
to make sure you enjoy your stay. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The Spa area was very nice to relax in after long walks in the mountains. We enjoyed every breakfast and dinner as the quality and presentation was 5 star in every way. Thank you all so much and hopefully we will be back again soon.
