I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Leo Grand in Vienna, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s central location, just steps from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, made exploring the city incredibly easy. The staff, particularly Meruyert, were exceptionally professional and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect.
The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The hotel’s attention to detail, from the luxurious bathroom amenities to the complimentary minibar, added to the overall luxury feel. The service was top-notch, with staff always ready to assist with any request.

Love, love, love this hotel - it's so cute!! Super decor and furnishings.

Excellent location! We always had our breakfasts at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I personally loved the truffle eggs 😁

Just returned from The Leo Grand. A very nice hotel in the very center of Vienna. Nice cozy rooms and a good service level. I don’t know the rules for 5 stars hotels in Austria - but it’s far from 5 stars in other parts of the world I have stayed. To a start - no room service at all, and no fitness room.  I would definitely call it a 4 star hotel but never 5 star

Great hotel in the heart of Vienna. The location is fantastic with most tourist spots within 10 minutes walk. The hop-on, hop-off bus stop is also nearby, as is the underground.The hotel has a lovely feel to it and the decor is pretty cool. We had a Majestic Suite on the top floor, which is lovely large room, with a separate seating area and a separate bathroom. The furnishings in the room were of a high standard and the room was beautiful. the unique shape of the room and windows meant that external blinds were necessary as window coverings. Unfortunately due to the low temperature these didn't work and we were left without any window coverings at all, although there was a curtain that could be drawn around the bed. Whilst the room isn't directly overlooked (I don't think) it was quite disconcerting to be walking around potentially on view, especially during the hours of darkness when we had our room lights on. Hopefully that is something that the management can get rectified.

The real star of the show is the staff at the hotel. You are really made to feel like you are a special guest and everyone greeted you with a smile. If I'm ever in Vienna again I would definitely head back, but probably opt for one of the rooms on the lower floors.

We had the most beautiful room. The staff was so unbelievably friendly as well. They made our stay so comfortable and made us feel special on our honeymoon. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Vienna. The view outside our room was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
