One of the three restaurants in the Charme hotel, I was surprised that Carnozet had no reviews. Food is well prepared, good sizing and perfect cadence of serving (the latter is difficult to find IMO). In particular the Wiener schnitzel is a must try, juicey thin veal captured in a featherlight jacket of crust. This place is a gem!

Mündliche mitgeteilte Bewertungen gehen ja meist vom einen Ohr rein, ins andere Ohr wieder raus. Daher doch besser man hält alles fest.  18:32 am Tisch mit Speisekarten gesessen und direkt gleich zum Teil die Getränke bestellt. Das Weizenbier brauchte bis 19:20 , dann stand es endlich am Tisch. In dieser Zeit erzählte unser Kellner die Lebensgeschichte vom Urlaub am anderen Tisch, während der Tischkollege vor Durst mit den Fingernägeln am Tisch kratzte und zweimal nachfragte wo das Bier bleibt. In den 45 Minuten hätte er zwei weitere Weizen schon getrunken gehabt. Umsatz weg. Genauso war der Umsatz weg des drei Gänge Menüs, da zwei Gänge vergessen wurden. Es fehlten aus der Bestellung mit insgesamt drei Vorspeisen und 5 Hauptgängen zwei Speisen. Auch hier wusste man nicht weiter, wo der Fehler war. Essen war übrigens top.

Oral reviews usually go in one ear and out the other. So it's better to hold on to everything.  Sat at the table with menus at 6:32 p.m. and ordered some of the drinks straight away. The wheat beer took until 7:20 p.m., then it was finally at the table. During this time, our waiter told the story of his vacation at the other table, while his fellow tablemate scratched the table with his fingernails out of thirst and asked twice where the beer was. In 45 minutes he would have drunk two more wheats. Sales gone. Likewise, sales of the three-course menu were lost because two courses were forgotten. Two dishes were missing from the order with a total of three starters and five main courses. Here too, no one knew where the error was. By the way, the food was great.

Wir verbrachten wieder 3 Abende im Restaurant Carnozet, das wundervolle Essen, das Ambiente  ist ruhig und stil voll, ein knisterndes Feuer das brennt. Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung einfach perfekt von A bis Z. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr sehr gerne.

We spent 3 evenings again in the Carnozet restaurant, the wonderful food, the ambience is quiet and stylish, a crackling fire that burns. Very courteous service, simply perfect from A to Z. We always enjoy coming back.

obwohl 2 wochen vorher reserviert, haben wir 1 tisch mit sicht auf die wand erhalten. traurig, dass in diesem hochpreisigen Restaurant so etwas passiert. essen war durchschnittlich, bedienung wusste nicht bescheid. für 100 euro (ohne wein, ohne nachspeise) sollte man mehr bieten.

Although we reserved 2 weeks in advance, we received 1 table with a view of the wall. sad that something like this happens in this high priced restaurant. Food was average, service didn't know what was going on. For 100 euros (without wine, without dessert) you should offer more.
