Super value for money.

We had the deluxe panorama room with lounge access.

The view was absolutely lovely and the rooms very modern and clean. The beds were super comfy and large.

The lounge snacks was like a mini buffet with americain (very belgian), smoked salmon etc and complimentary drinks.

The spa is included and was larger than in the pictures and open until late so you can stare at the city high up at night as you relax. The showers were also delightful, with a rainforest and waterfall options.

There was also a mini shop, which was very expensive but great if you have forgotten to pack anything.

There was a large choice in the breakfast buffet with a lovely view into the park behind.

Finally, the location is superb right next to the louise Station and on avenue Louise. Perfect for shopping, coffee, food and walking into the Sablon neighbourhood. It is also directly in front of a quiet park.

We initially booked the vista room but were offered an upgrade for €14

Fantastic Stay at The Hotel Brussels!

I had an amazing stay at The Hotel Brussels. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with stunning views. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with great amenities.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. The wellness area on the upper floors was a great bonus, offering breathtaking views while relaxing.

Overall, a top-notch experience! I highly recommend The Hotel Brussels for anyone visiting the city.

Hotel Review

I used to be a frequent guest at this hotel, but after my recent experience, I will never return. The hotel is outdated and desperately in need of renovation. It looks nothing like the pictures they promote, and it certainly doesn’t live up to its supposed standards.

The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was scammed when they charged me double for a panoramic suite due to an alleged double booking. Despite explaining that this was not my mistake, the manager refused to refund me, instead blaming me for booking the same room twice. He could have easily resolved the issue by arranging an extra night or offering an alternative solution, but he chose not to.

The restaurant is equally disappointing. The food is mediocre at best, and the service is terrible slow, inattentive, and unfriendly. This is a 2.5-star hotel pretending to be fancy, but there is absolutely nothing luxurious about it. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place is not worth the frustration.

1st time staying and it was really enjoyable.  The view from the 20th floor was amazing.   The breakfast was great with lots of choices and decent quality.  The lounge on the 24th floor was also great with an open bar and food.

Only downside of the stay was the room itself.  It was comfortable to sleep in, super clean and well decorated -  the toilet though -  having the toilet door double as the shower door was an interesting choice which meant the toilet door was never fully closed when it was shut.  Not the biggest issue, but a small inconvenience on the stay.
