We had a lovely meal here, the couple who own it were very friendly and happy to give recommendations and explain the menu. The drink selection was excellent, and the food was delightful. Some of the food items were a little pricey but the quality was very good.

An excellent experience. We'd not booked, but they welcomed us in.

An interesting menu so we were confident in taking the recommendation of the owner from the earth and garden section of the menu. Just the right amount of tasty pork in panco breadcrumbs followed by cheese, having started with thinly sliced beef.

Extremely convivial conversation too. Great sense of humor.
