Such a great hotel! From the first email to checking in, everyone’s been super friendly. The place has so much creativity and a cool vibe.

The breakfast is awesome—tons of choices and everything is so delicious. Even if you’re not staying here, you can still pop in for breakfast, grab a treat from the Waffle Van, or check out the Candy Corner. It’s all just so fun and unique!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They quickly addressed our request for extra towels and even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my friend. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping did a good job tidying up daily.

Room and facilities were clean and organised, but the prices! Oh my, they capitalise on busy periods and just ramp up the prices.  Also don't take a wrong turn when walking for some fresh air and end up in the rubbish strewn prostitution district. Don't carry anything valuable unless you want to be relieved of it.  The staff were very friendly and helpful and they have a nice comfortable bar. Convenient for public transport.

One of the most flawless hotel experiences we have ever had.

The rooms are clean, unique and comfortable.

The service was 10/10, a special thanks to Cristina and the team for the hand written birthday card with a lovely message inside, as well as the complimentary cakes, this was very special.
