Fantastically authentic place in the heart of Brussels! It has a very cozy atmosphere and I love the green hanging lamps. The menu offers Belgian classics with french-style twists. We had the lunch menu and were more than satisfied! The salmon carpaccio was fresh and had unique citrus flavours. The main courses were also delicious and very filling. I will definitely be coming back to this place. It’s a classic.

An amazing atmosphere of an old french place. The food was good, but unfortunately I was very sick afterwards because of the amount of butter in everything. If you are used to fatty foods, go and enjoy yourself😅

A cat has free roam of the place. It sat next to me and licked itself mere inches away from my food. I found this extremely disconcerting, while others liked the cat.

Despite having a reservation, the host tried to force me to sit outside on the hottest day of the year. I had to insist multiple times before he would sit us at one of the many empty tables.

The food was good.

If you want Michelin star food at a portion of the price, this is where you go. We were blown away, everything was so delicious. I can tell you exactly why it’s just Michelin recommended and not Michelin star though, it’s because the servers arn’t super welcoming and there’s a cat walking about.

But seriously I couldn’t care less about those things because the food was PHENOMENAL. I’d come back every time I’m in Brussels.

Amazing lunch in Brussels! Spent one day here and can’t recommend this restaurant more. Staff was kind and fast and fish filet + mushroom risotto and beef filet were amazing.
