I had the most incredible dining experience at this 3-star Michelin restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing—each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and creativity. While they don’t offer a formal wine pairing, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided thoughtful wine recommendations as we went, ensuring each glass perfectly complemented the dish we were enjoying. This approach was brilliant because it allowed me to savor each course without feeling rushed or over-served. Truly a memorable evening from start to finish! Highly recommend it. We will definitely go back again!!!

The presentation was stunning, as expected, but unfortunately, the flavors were extremely disappointing. Many dishes were either too salty, too sour, or too bitter, and not a single one suited my palate. It seemed like an experimental approach with Asian/Japanese ingredients, but the execution fell flat and didn’t do the ingredients justice. It felt more like a chef attempting to master a recipe and missing the mark.

I barely finished most of the dishes and left almost the entire last course untouched. I was forcing myself to eat food I did not like at all. Adding to the disappointment, I started feeling unwell during the meal, which upset my stomach and further killed my appetite. I’ve had far better experiences at one or two-star restaurants, and this was definitely not worth the time or money.

The dining experience was good and dishes were creative. The amuse bouche was the best part of the meal. We waited a very long time between courses and they seemed as if they were understaffed. It took almost three hours for a five course lunch. There was no wine list, just the sommelier’s recommendation. It didn’t feel like a real Michelin experience.

What an experience. On top of the MAS but you are welcomed on ground floor and directed with private lift directly to the restaurant.  The aperitif is offered on terasse with a view when it’s sunny or in nice salon.  They already propose 3 very nice champagnes or standard one.  The amuse are amazing all served and dressed at the table.  You already know from there that you will tastes things you never before due to the complexity of the associations and from the selections of products.  The menu itself is wonderful.  The sommelier propose for each dishes 2 or 3 selections that you can choose.  His card wine is also super elaborated with very good selection quality / price.  The service is perfect and even the chef himself comes to dress some of the dishes.  The quail and the wagyu with ormeau were wonderful.  The experience with 3 preparation with Belgian car oar is wow.  The combo with nuts butter and their aged caviar is the best I never had.  Desserts are also very good.  Not to mention but the service is perfect and I couldn’t really describe it as it was so smooth present and perfect.  They were all pro simple and friendly.  They are all knowledgeable on the products and the menu as well as the wine.  Finally some dish - Brill
lobster – yuzu kosho – bimi – smoked bone marrow- was a bit too complex for me and I couldn’t understand how the dishes talked to each other.   But like nobody has same taste, that was only mine.   But at the end it’s a unique experience that I will never forget.

Lived up to the expectations we had as a 3 star Michelin restaurant. Although I’m not much of a seafood person everything was super creative, diverse, and prepared perfectly.

Service, coordination and atmosphere were also perfect as well.
