This was a great find and very good value for money, with the close location, the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. We had an amazing stay and we'd put a lot of this down to how welcoming and friendly the staff were every time we saw them.
The room was a little rundown (wallpaper, ceiling stains) but this didn't detract much from the overall experience.
It should be noted that the parking is not on site. Once you book, you'll be invited to let the hotel team know if you require parking, and can book a space. This is then when you'll find out the parking is at their sister hotel a five minute walk down the road.  Again, this didn't detract from the overall experience but it's not clear until after you've booked, so something to bear in mind.

We had booked a room for a short weekend trip in Bruges for 3 people. The rooms looked great online but upon seeing our room, it was nothing like the pictures online. Online they advertise the main hotel (which looks great) but what they don’t tell you about is that when they are fully booked they have a separate building 1 min away from the main building. The entrance looks worn down and we got a room on the highest floor. There were no air condition but they provided us with two small fans that were extremely loud. Moreover, the biggest issues we had were the giant “architectural” whole between the bathroom and the room. Odour from the bathroom were seeping into the room and you could hear everything. The bedding had stains on it and the room had carpet flooring with many vile stains on it. Breakfast wasn’t anything impressive either. Overall I’d give it 2 stars, 1 star mainly representing the location of the hotel being in the city centre.

Got a room with canal view. Room was nice , everything u need . Downside is the mosquitos but nothing they can do about it besides the wall plug they provided. With checking out the lady at reception noticed my eye was super swollen (mosquito bite) and she immediately asked if i needed ice and provided us with the nearest pharmacy even said if needed they’d call a doctor. Very helpful and nice. View was obviously also very nice and good location. 1 downside is the fact u hear everyone closing their doors at night and walking / talking. Again nothing really they can do since its an older building. Overall the stay was very good and if i come back to bruges I’d definitely look for a reservation at this hotel again. Also i forgot to. Tell them at checkout - soms Tv stations didn’t work. I usually watch VTM but it didn’t work maybe something you guys could look at?

Plagued by mosquitos...got bitten alive during night. Its a known problem but management didn't think to inform. There were mosquito repellent plugins in rooms but not obvious.
Great breakfast, staff helpful sorting parking.
