The dining area is modern and doesn't give off the usual snobby Michelin restaurant vibe which I enjoy.  The service pace was a bit slow for my liking. The food was great, my favorite was the duck tartare, goodness gracious it was a surprise.  Super balanced taste with just the right amount of tarragon and almond throughout to make it enjoyable.  The dessert was also a great ending and scrumptious. Totally recommend it!

Everything was delicious - especially enjoyed cod beignets, the asparagus w smoked haddock, the extra lamb course, and the final pork loin. The sourdough bread they give is also very good - fluffy inside with great thick crust. Service is about 2h 15minutes. They give you some house desserts as well - blueberry quinoa crunch, and cinnamon toast were the two favorite. The wine pairing is one glass per course. Close to the train station too. Bathrooms are up a flight of stairs. Overall, very cute vibe and we had a great last meal in Brussels.

If you want to try the fine cuisine, I recommend the lunch menu here. We were seated on a very spontaneous day. You get outstanding dishes with interesting flavours, preceded by a greeting from the kitchen, home-baked bread and excellent little sweets to say goodbye. It was well worth it and I will try one more course next time.

It's an atypical one Michelin starred restaurant because this is more like a hippie bistro serving a set menu that doesn't use any posh ingredients but rather vegetables that is rarely known. The dishes are indeed refreshing and they are perfect for this summer. The sommelier also has a vast selection of innovative and natural wines which I probably have never heard in my life. It's indeed a very interesting restaurant and the service is also very good.
