We went for the 5-course option with adapted wines and non-alcoholic drinks.

***Atmosphere***
Although in a large building, the restaurant does not have too many tables. Needless to say that reservations are required. This provides a tranquil environment to enjoy your diner and have a chat with your company.

The staff explains every served dish and provides information about the accompanying wines/drinks. Great hospitality as well.

What an absolute delight! It is simply baffling to discover the different tastes and structures in every single dish. Finesse.
The courses also followed up on each other in a comfortable pace. We never felt rushed to finish or wine/drink or were waiting for a long time.

***Adapted Wines / Non-alcoholic drinks***
I am not "at home" in the world of wines, but the choices seemed excellent to me and fitted the courses perfectly. Also very nice to see how they seek out different non-alcoholic drinks that also suit the courses. I would say that they put an equal amount of effort in choosing the non-alcohol drinks than the wines.

Very reasonable for the experience we got.

Overall, both my partner and I were blown away by the great food. It was a journey for our taste buds and had a great time. Definitely can recommend this place!
