Very disappointing dinner. When we were having the drinks in the patio, I found that the champagne flute is broken. So I told the waitress - and she told me it probably due to the dish washer. Then she just walked away - no intention to change my champagne glass at all!

We had the lobster menu which we were very expecting. When we had the 1/2 lobster as main course, I asked the waitress (the same one with short hair) if we can have the claw cracker because we normally have this in other places. She said we could use the knife to cut the claws. I said we cannot!!! Then she said we should use our hands. Gosh…..  we were really frustrated with her attitude.

It was my mom’s birthday tonight. And it was a complete mistake to pick this restaurant for our first time dinner in Ghent - and a shame to celebrate this for my mom’s birthday here.

I could not understand how Michelin recommended this place at all.

Very nice place to go in couple or with your family. We enjoyed the anniversary menu and it was perfectly presented and paired with nice wines. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I hesitated but choose to give it four stars instead of five because I think it is on the expensive side for the places you could eat at the price. Also on tip: MasterCard is not accepted.

Fantastic lobsterrestaurant,nice decoration and friendly professional service. We did had to wait 30 minutes for the aperitif as it was full place. Happy!
