So nice to eat at a restaurant where there is a clear passion for quality and a commitment to customer service. I went expecting simple Breton crepes so was nervous that the food was more gastronomic than I had planned. However to my delight and relief the food was brilliant and the service charming.  Highly recommended.

Le restaurant Fleur de Sel est un lieu élégant où on se sent vraiment à l'aise. La cuisine est raffinée,  la présentation est recherchée. Antoine se fait un plaisir d'expliquer ce qui et servi.  Et l'accord mets et infusions apporte un plus à la dégustation. A conseiller !

Énième visite dans cet établissement belge qui n'est autre que mon coup de cœur. Tout est toujours parfait, la salle est spacieuse et lumineuse, la cuisine de la cheffe est tout à fait remarquable et chaque plat est une révélation. Le service est irréprochable tout comme les accords mets vin proposés. Petite nouveauté avec un nouvel accord sans alcool pour profiter pleinement du voyage culinaire.

Umpteenth visit to this Belgian establishment which is none other than my favorite. Everything is always perfect, the room is spacious and bright, the chef's cooking is quite remarkable and each dish is a revelation. The service is impeccable, as are the food and wine pairings offered. Little novelty with a new non-alcoholic pairing to fully enjoy the culinary journey.
