Nothing is like in the picture, the rooms are very dusty and dirty, the toilet smells of sewage, first of all the breakfast is a 0, the food is not tasty, we came down this morning and there was no coffee, juice, everything was spoiled. the same food every day. very expensive overnight stay and not worth the money. The reception is not welcoming. Just the bartender from the bar, a very good man, greetings for my brother from Macedonia - ŠTIP

Downtown hotel in Sofia Bulgaria .
The Manger and staf are   polite, respectful .
Rooms clean .
Service wonderful. Nice breakfast ,alot of verity,  fruit,  vegetables, meat etc.
Center of the city, close to all areas. I was wondering When people say an necessary about this hotel.
I recommend 100% .please try this hotel.

The hotel was okay but the problem is parking. They don’t have a parking space, they forward you to a paid parking lot (10 euros per day) across the street. You give your keys to the guy working there, because they need to reallocate cars since the space is scarce. In our experience, they parked a car behind ours, when we asked the to move the other car, the guy there claimed that he doesn’t have a driving licence. He was extremely unfriendly. We spent nearly half an hour to move our car. We had one and only bad experience in Bulgaria there. I assume they did it because we had a foreign licence plate.

Lovely spacious room with circular views, good service, good breakfast. Perfect location with Metro close by and just 10 minutes walk to Vitosha Boulevard

Good location. The rooms would need to be upgraded and they should take care of some things like changing the curtains who are dirty and the carpets in the rooms
Generally the should pay attention more in the cleanliness.
I asked 3 times for having a shower gel and shampoo because they were empty  in my room and they ignore me and I had a cup of coffee and nobody remove the 3 days in my stay.
One more basic problem that needs to be improved is the breakfast.
