Very clean rooms. Lovely views across the marina from our balcony. Friendly staff. Lots of choice at breakfast. Comfy beds. Very small spa and gym, but fine as we were the only ones using it. Facilities somewhat limited, but it is a very small hotel so not unexpected. Only criticism is that some aspects were starting to feel a little bit tired: frayed and thin towels, stains and marks in bathroom, some walls needed repainting, etc. Overall a pleasant and friendly place to stay, and just a stone’s throw from the old town.

A MUST STAY when in Split.
I could go on forever about the experience we had at Luxe Split!

From the instant calm we felt as we stepped into the air conditioned & clean lobby from the hot summer city air, to the kindness and warmth we felt through every interaction with hotel staff, to the stunning views from our room, to the food.

It is the best (complimentary) breakfast selection I’ve had in Europe and the USA.

Breakfast selections included: fresh juice, espresso, fresh smoothies, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, fruit, charcuterie options, sardines, cold vegetable mix, baguettes, mini croissants, yogurt in a jar, smoothies and more.

Beds: comfortable and clean!

Space: quiet

Views: stunning

Robes and slippers: so comfy

We loved our stay! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and well displayed. If anything, we would recommend anti-slip rugs inside the bathtubs. I don't know if all rooms are the same, but the shower is inside the bathtub, so to climb in and out of it felt a bit dangerous. Also, travel light, the parking lot  is close by, but to bring  the luggage inside the hotel and back to the car you need to go some stairs up.

The location of the Hotel Luxe is excellent, just a few steps from Old Town.  I can't comment fairly on the rooms because we were on the first floor which had no view.  Our rooms were perfectly fine, it just wasn't our preference. We wanted harbor view rooms but none were available.
The breakfast i would say is ok but below average, mostly because the automatic espresso machine they utilize frankly sucks.  It makes the worst coffee I've had  ever in Europe.  Those machines can be quite good but theirs is awful.

At best this is a 3 star hotel location is great
Service is not so great was without  AC for entire stay had wash cloths the first night after that nothing had mold in the shower between tiles
One pod of coffee  in room per person no cream night person at front desk was terrible could care less for 3 nights that AC was not working
