The hotel is a delight, the neighboring British pub makes it untenable.

The Rose's pub on the opposite side of the road has live music and  karaoke until well past the 12:30 curfew - often 2am. Then you have an hour of drunks shouting/screaming/singing as they leave.

Do not stay in block D (rooms 4xx, Mimosa No Balcony booking) if you like to sleep before 2/3am. The way the sound bounces off the walls its sounds like the pub speakers and revellers are outside your windows and doors.

The staff, hotel, food etc in the daytime are amazing and the rooftop cocktail bar serves one of the best rum old fashioned with a great drink menu from highly professional staff.

If the pub disappeared it would be an ideal place. The area just isn't the right fit for a boutique hotel at this moment in time. I was told the hotel is actively working on solutions.

For context, we booked for 8 nights. Lasted 6 then left for quiet hotel up the coast to try & recover.

The hotel refunded 50% of the stay after offering free massages and to refund 2 nights and moving us to a quieter room location but we just needed to leave the area completely after being more tired than when we arrived for a holiday.

Make sure your room is at the back of the hotel if you book!

The hotel is nice and tidy but it is not good value for money.

We stayed for 5 days in the Moonflower suite. The position of these suites is facing the pool of the hotel which gives you 0 privacy, everybody from the pool could see right inside your room.

The bar across the street is super loud. During our stay they had some work scheduled and we couldn't even enjoy our pool in peace. We were forced to leave the hotel and find a quiet place, away from drilling.

For a "5 star" hotel they were falling short on some details like body lotion, bathroom cleanliness and robes in the room.

The girls at the reception were very nice, they even changed our room for a bit more privacy, but we never received anything we asked them to help us with. They would say sure, no problem but never actually fulfilling their promise.

The woman from the spa was very kind! The spa is small but cute and clean. We used the sauna for a bit.

We had a half board at their restaurant. The food is very good but the menu doesn't change everyday. So if you plan on staying here longer, you'll end up eating the same things.

Overall the hotel is trying to be aesthetically pleasing in hope of justifying the prices but it was a little disappointing, I expected more.

Our favourite hotel experience to date. Very clean, excellent service and fantastic breakfast. Lots of reviews about the location/ sound. Honestly, it wasn’t a problem for us and we stayed in the D Block - could only hear street noises from the balcony. Would highly recommend.

Great service - every single person was happy to serve us.
Breakfast was great! Good location.

Private Pool is the peak of the staying, but unfortunately, it is not as private because people who pass by have a view to the pool (even though view is blocked by bushes, it not so efficient)...

Great time overall.

Beautiful hotel. We loved our stay here. It's really beautiful and well decorated. The pool was incredibly cold but that's quite refreshing.
We are very thankful that we could store our luggage after checking out and that they've provided a room for us to shower before taking our flight back home.
Perfect location, it's just a shame that there's a "hot england/chav" pub right next door. The type of client that stays in this hotel avoids at all costs places like that. Hope someone can bulldoze that place soon. We'll be back here for sure
