The experience was quite near to perfect! First you are tasting and guess the ingredients then the staff explain that dish.. You should get the reservation and the recommendation is to take a seat in the main area which you can see all the meal preparation, so not the vine room table. My flight was delayed and called them to get reservation of mine 1 hour later, and they were helpfull. Thank you for everything all!

The entrance is funky.
It was a wonderful experience in a restaurant I've never been to before.

They talk to me with a lot of fun! I thought I was a gourmet, but I couldn't even identify half of the ingredients they used!

It wasn't a disappointment, it just tickled my curiosity.

We had a course meal with pairings, and 3 hours passed in the blink of an eye.

Very nice restaurant. Had the vegan menu and everything was damn good, in terms of flavour but also the texture in the food. Only the dessert was a bit lacking in creativity and variety of flavours, but then I tried the "normal" dessert and was very impressed. It's great that the accompaniment is also available half with and half without alcohol. The apple cider at the end is really worth it!!! 😄

We found the "twist" that you don't receive a menu (you do get to tell them what you can't or don't eat) but rather a blank card to write what you thought you just ate to be a delightful idea, it made us feel good about ourselves for getting some of the ingredients right 😄
We received stellar service, loved the atmosphere, and most importantly enjoyed every single course. You'll enjoy the dishes if you like low-waste cooking and appreciate locally-focused cuisine.
One word of caution, if you're offered an extra course, and may sound in the conversation like they just have it left over so you may think it's compliments of the house, it's not, they'll charge you. Completely fair misunderstanding, though. The extra course was as delicious as all the others, so not a complaint!

A fantastic dining experience. The 'Carte Blanche' approach means that you are not told of the menu, instead you are given a blank card and encouraged to fill it out after each dish, before the team explain what has been served. This is a very clever device that not only encourages you to really think about and savour each bite, but also to engage with each other as you do so. It was noticeable that we could look across the restaurant and not see a phone in sight (aside from those taking photos of the beautifully presented dishes). The food was outstanding, drawing on Czech classics and using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The wine pairing was perfect and the team even gave us a bespoke version, switching in additional Moravian wines after we had mentioned how much we had been enjoying learning about the Czech wine industry. All in all an absolute 10/10.
