We had a fantastic dinner experience at Vallmo. 5/5 We took the smallest tasting menu, with the accompanying wine menu.
I asked for local wine, and had a “new” wine menu out together.

Service was attentive, friendly but in a professional way. Interior was well put together, food was presented in an orderly fashion and wine likewise.

From the complimentary snacks to the dessert every dish was prepared with finesse and thought on local produce and signature styles of cooking.

We shared amongst ourselves, to taste a bit of everything and nothing disappointed. Sauces were well balanced and perfectly mounted, every bite and dish had all aspects of sweetness, sourness, umami, salt etc. huge recommendation.

Amazing experience- they deserve a Michelin star! Came here for a NYE prie-fix dinner and every course took me on a flavour journey. The staff were super friendly and truly loved what they do. Would come back here anytime I'm in Prague.

5 without any doubts. We travely a lot (sometimes too much) and visiting recommended places in different countries. Vallmo is refreshing constantly rising star of the local scene. Intense, genuine and creative, consistent and with great team which highly exceeds Prague levels. Looking forward to the next visit.
