It is one of the popular attraction in Copenhagen. After seeing it one thinks what was so nice about it ? Nobody has the answer except whenever you visit it, it is crowded. Still if anyone is interested then see it from land because from boat you can see only the backside.

There’s something quietly magical about seeing her by the waterfront, with her graceful pose and the beautiful harbor view behind her. It’s easy to get drawn into her story and feel a sense of calm just standing there, taking it all in.

It’s a popular spot, so there’s often a bit of a crowd, especially later in the day. But if you’re patient, or visit during quieter hours, you can enjoy a more personal moment with her. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the crowd can make it feel a little rushed, but it’s still well worth a visit.

Honestly, if you’re in Copenhagen, take the time to stop by and say hello to her. She has a way of leaving a quiet, lasting impression.

This was really overrated in my opinion. The statue is tiny and if you’re there at a busy time there are so many people. I was there at about 9am on a weekday and there were multiple tour busses of people pulling up at that time. I’d say go as early in the morning as possible to avoid the crowds. Overall not really worth the trek for this specific statue, hut there are a ton of other cool ones in the area.

The Little Mermaid is very famous, no doubt, so my expectation was high, but when I arrived it was quite different from what I was expecting. The crowd almost completely shadowed the mermaid understandably disappointed. That being said, the area is still quite nice to take a walk, especially the pair of beautiful swans. I also found some statues very interesting, it is still a spot worth of checking off.
