Out of 15 dishes only two didn’t impress me.
The rest showcased a remarkable complexity, each with layers of flavors that left a lasting impression.

Featuring over 6,000 labels and 24,000 bottles, and bottles from 1940’s.

The service was impeccable throughout, adding to the overall excellence of the evening.

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant until the very end, every meticulous detail was crafted to ensure an unforgettable experience for the guest.

The setting, service, food and wine pairing were exceptional.  Each aspect exceeded expectation and the knowledge and passion of the team was clear for all to see.  Each course was unique and a credit to the ingredients and creativity of the chef.

There was no meat on the menu but I can assure you the seafood is better.

It was well above my expectations.
Reception was welcoming. Dishes were beautiful and a feast to the palate.
David was super gracious when doing the tour of the kitchen - which was a nice surprise.

Also, as I was by myself, they put me in the closest table to the kitchen, which was amazing - just watching the whole team working as an orchestra, it was super entertaining.

The most outstanding and phenomenal gastronomic experience I have ever had!!!  Our main server-there were others- was from San Marino and was amazing!!!! Each course was such an aesthetically beautiful presentation and so flavorful!  (I’m a foodie and I was blow away). Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Oh my word! We’ve eaten at some special places, but this is the best so far! Astonishingly good food, service and general buzz, plus they let everyone do a tour of the wine cabinets and kitchens with a photo at the end. If you love food, you have to come here!
