Delicious and worthy of a visit. The food is well prepared and it's natural flavors are well enhanced. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable about the ingredients and flavors. Great experience all around.

Quite an experience. In a similar way to Noma, this restaurant explores interesting culinary territories, with fixed 4 or 5 dishes menus. Some are odd, or you might simply not like them, but all are interesting. Some dishes are wonderful, like the tarragon ice cream with rhubarb coulis.
You can also choose to have wine pairing, and I would absolutely recommend it. Wines are all very original, and of good quality.
The staff is incredible nice, which adds a lot.
This is an expensive restaurant, but worth it for the experience. As a place to get a good meal, and come back to, I'm not so sure tough.
