Overall a good experience. The location, view and ambiance was perfect. The staff was very friendly. However, the service was a bit slow, especially in the beginning, where it took a while for someone to take our drinks orders and for the first course to come out.

There were some great dishes that were very creative and full of flavor. We ate way too much of their bread and fermented butter, it tasted so good! It was also really nice that they kept re-filling it, I really appreciate that level of service, especially at these more expensive tasting menu places, where you sometimes can leave a bit hungry. We left very full here! The mushroom dish was also incredible, I think I could eat it every day!

I was, however, a bit disappointed with the vegetarian menu. There were a few places where vegetarian meant simply removing the meat or fish aspect of the dish, without a substitute. The main vegetarian dish also just felt like re-using elements of the menu. Instead of the pork, I was served celery, which was served very similar to how it was served in an earlier dish. When visiting these more high-end tasting menu places, I generally expect a bit more creativity when it comes to the vegetarian menus.

That being said, everything tasted great and the presentation was beautiful.

EPIC FAIL!!!

I recently dined at Trio Restaurant in Copenhagen, and I am baffled by its Michelin star status. While the food itself is delicious and presented with finesse, the service is utterly deplorable.

To start with the positives, Trio boasts an impressive wine list that pairs well with its dishes. The pork dish we tried was cooked to perfection, showcasing the kitchen's potential. Unfortunately, this is where the good news ends. The monkfish, a dish I was particularly looking forward to, was severely undercooked—a significant oversight for a restaurant of this supposed caliber.

The atmosphere benefits from a great view of the city, adding a touch of charm to the dining experience. However, the overall ambiance can't redeem the poor service and inconsistent food quality. Trio is ultimately an overpriced and overhyped establishment. I would not recommend dining here and certainly won't be returning.

Me and my boyfriend had such a great time there yesterday with the dinner menu experience. All food was amazing, but the squid tagliatelle was simply beyond. A perfect dish with an excellent balance of tastes and textures. The best meal I’ve enjoyed in the last year. I highly recommend it to anyone who visits Trio. Ceviche was also very fresh and delicious. For the drinks I tried the cocktail Champagne Gardens and a glass of Pinot Noir. Both were excellent. I also enjoyed the waitstaff and overall atmosphere. I felt welcome.

Had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant earlier in the summer!

A fabulous dining experience when having a business dinner with an astonishing view overlooking Copenhagen city centre.

Very attentive staff who are all well informed. We all took ' a little less menue', with which we were happy. I took fried monk fish instead of lamb, which was blowing my mind.

I highly recommend this place for whatever occasions we all have.
