Amazing experience for 1 star Michelin, they deserve the 2ºone . We really appreciated the interaction created as part of the experience between us and the food. Every waiter did his best without any mistake, the chef was really kind and friendly and his food was excellent.
I asked nice table because was the birthday of my gf and they took care of this at 110%, nice table, few present for her and nice customization in her dessert. The place is really beautiful and suggestive, all the details are well done.

This was an exceptional meal. Several times throughout dinner I thought to myself that the dish might be the best thing I'd ever eaten. The plates were clever and the meal was cohesive. The location is beautiful. Service was skilled and dedicated to making our night as wonderful as it could be. Which it was.

Really had high expectations for this place, unfortunately it was not met. They try to be a little too adventurous with their food and it ends up falling flat. Most things tasted like chlorophyll. Their signature fish was a mess. Didn't look appetizing and the texture was soft but not in a good way. The best part of the meal surprisingly, was the children's pasta. The staff and service however were very good. Maybe stick to the basics.

Great 8-course "Audace" menu experience! The setting is beautiful and modern, staff professional and friendly, and the service was very well timed (with the exception of a slow-down after the first dessert, which made our experience exceed 3hrs altogether). All courses proposed were creative and carefully combined, elevating the tasting experience. All in all, a great culinary experience.

This place - wow! We had the 11 course. Culinary explosion for our 42nd anniversary. Have eaten around the world. Vincent and staff are the best. Spend the money, greatest value in food. Love you guys.
