It was a great experience eating at the restaurant. The scallops were so perfectly tender and worked amazingly with the oyster mushrooms. The Iberia pork face was great with the scent of the leek. Wine pairing was surprisingly good and complemented the dishes. We are ready to come back again anytime. Danke!

Great experience, so glad we had a recommendation to go here. To bad we could not meet the Chef since he wasn't there on Wednesday.
The food was amazing and the wine suggestions were fantastic. It was one of those experiences where the wine changed for the better when you ate the food, amazing!
The food was beautiful and delicious at the same time.
We did the tasting menu and shared our dishes. The serving portions were perfect, not to full for dessert and not at all hungry when leaving.
Absolutely recommended!

I recently dined at Aromatic, eager to explore their menu as it is highly rated. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the high standards I anticipated.

The beef tartare was a letdown, being excessively chewy and tendinous, which made it difficult to enjoy. Similarly, the squid was also tough, lacking the tender texture one would expect from a well-prepared dish. On a brighter note, the pork fillet emerged as the highlight of the tasting menu, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to flavor.

Service, however, was exemplary. The staff was friendly, providing thorough explanations of each dish with genuine enthusiasm. It was clear they were passionate about their work.

It’s worth noting that my visit was just before the restaurant closed for its holiday break. The “secret menu” seemed to be a mix of ingredients, possibly reflecting a patchwork of leftovers from the regular menu. This might have contributed to the less than ideal execution of certain dishes.

We were in Lyon Summer 2022 for a wedding and visited this restaurant. The food was superb and the staff super friendly and knowledgeable of the food and spoke English well.

Lovely dinner experience at Aromatic Restaurant. We chose the menu carte (au choix) for 45€ each and it was delicious. The whole team was so nice and even got our dog some water. We reserved a table online beforehand specifically on the terrace (you can choose between a table inside or on their terrace). All courses were excellent, definitely recommend.
