They clearly did not understand the word ‘vegan’ and they made no effort to understand it. As there was no vegan option on the menu  we asked if the chef can make something for example with the lentil salad that was on the menu as a starter. And this salad then came with cheese on it.
I understand that it is exceptional here in the mountains to not eat any animal products but any chef should be able to be creative and create something that is not on the menu. Vegan food is not rocket science.
Also I got my food before everyone else and so I ate alone. When I was done every one else on my table got their food and I watched them eat.
I give one star to the wine, it was good.

Exceptional service, the full set is an absolutely amazing experience. We, a group of 8 people, enjoyed every bite, every moment of this gourmet journey. We spent 3 hours with a huge pleasure.

Such an amazing place! A MUST
James has developed a restaurant in a grand mother farm. Cows are still there (abondance type, producing milk for the Beaufort, the local cheese).
It's now a trendy place proposing amazing food for a decent high price given the quality and the place.
Everything is good and you won't find such quality of food around.
Clearly worth a 30 min drive for a diner with friends or family.
