Don't get me wrong, this is an outstanding restaurant based on content, with a truly amazing wine list, also with very nice service as well, however value for money is the issue here considering ca. 100€ / person (unless you take the cheapest menu which would be just fine BTW, retrospectively this is what we should have done), for this amount, expectations are very high, you will find similar or even better offers in the region for far less

L’Ecume Gourmande was the first Michelin Guide restaurant my partner and I had been to and it did not disappoint! Simple but elegant decor and a friendly but efficient server ensured we had a pleasant experience from start to finish. We had the tasting menu and the food was exceptional with subtle but delicious flavours. It was also beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our visit to L’Ecume Gourmand last night. The service was exceptional, and the food equally good. We had the gourmand menu, and this was adapted without a problem to a gluten-free version for my girlfriend.
