Steak frites!
We had a wonderful dinner of steak frites at this busy restaurant.  Although the steak was cooked to perfection, it was still pretty chewy, but super tasty and the pepper sauce was delicious.  The chips were delicious - I think that they were double-fried and we knew that we shouldn't, but we couldn't stop eating them.  It was great value at EUR20 and the service was friendly and efficient!!

I visited this restaurant recently, and their daily menu had a wide range of options: beef, chicken, cod fish, and vegetarian ravioli. I was eyeing the chicken skewers after seeing them on someone else’s table, but just as I was about to order, they told me they were out of chicken. A bit disappointing, but the waiter really made up for it by being incredibly helpful. He patiently explained all the sauces and ingredients in detail, which was a nice touch.

In the end, I went for the steak, and I’m glad I did(considering the price). The portion was big, and it tasted great, but I have to say, the presentation could’ve been better. It didn’t quite match the flavor. On the bright side, my food came out super fast, and the wine recommendation was perfectly complementing the meal.

What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Even though the place was packed, they were all calm, polite, and smiling the entire time. It’s rare to see such cheerful service in a busy restaurant, and it made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Another bonus is their hours! They stay open in the afternoon, unlike many French restaurants that close for a few hours. Overall, the service and atmosphere were the highlights, and I’d definitely come back!

For steak frites, the fries are fried to perfection! Steak is super rough to cut even when orderred medium rare but expected for that price point.

Beautiful cute restaurant with nice outside space. Good menu options and friendly staff. The beef lacked a bit of flavour in my opinion, otherwise it was an enjoyable meal.
