Expect the unexpected. Voilà the concept de ce petit restaurant extraordinaire au centre de Dijon. This culinary experience offers a single set "mystery" menu comprised of several courses at dinner. Our menu was composed of 5 dishes, each dish was equally impressive.

The owner / host is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about food and spirits. This is demonstrated in his extensive wine list and curation of dishes! Wine lovers will appreciate its cellar with a large selection from here and elsewhere. Finally, I salute the chef for his skillful and tasteful preparations! Oh, and don’t forget to book, seats are limited - he only has a few tables.

I’ve been coming to Dijon since 2014 on a yearly basis, and have been dined in pretty good restaurants. This place ranks in the top three dining experiences I’ve ever had in the city, up with Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to. The surprise element of the menu was fantastic, and there wasn’t a single serving that was not exquisite. The service was perfect, and the atmosphere cozy and intimate. Splurge a bit on yourself and come here… you will not be disappointed!

Absolute five star experience. We had the five course set meal.. every plate a surprise. The waiter was phenomenal. She recommended perfect wines to accompany our meals. Lovely atmosphere, we sat street side with our twin baby daughters. Super accommodating.

I had a good experience here taking 5 course dinner with wine pairings. They were able to adapt a course for me to fit my food preference, although I recommend notifying them in advance when making a reservation. The food was really good especially the fish. The dessert was surprising and had an interesting combination of ingredients.
