We did not stay at the hotel (although the hotel looked great), but we had a FANTASTIC 6 course lunch tasting menu with wine pairing + Cheese cart (wonderful selection).  Chef Jean-Michel and his team executed with perfection.  Amazing dishes, flavors, service, and decor.  It is worthy of it's Michelin Star.   We look forward to returning the next time we are in the Burgundy/Rhone region.  Highly recommend!

Great hotel with a fabulous restaurant close to the river in Tournus.  Just a short walk to the old town with market.  Excellent staff and a secure car park

Great stop over on our way to the cote d’azuré. Very friendly team, offering great food and wine. Very comfortable accommodation.

This is a review about the restaurant only. One of the best meals we‘ve ever had. We did the 7 course tasting and it was worth every penny. The service was very attentive but a little aloof. Brittany lobster on a bed of burning rosemary was one of the highlights along with tartare. Our small dog was welcomed. We can’t wait to go back.
