I was captivated by the chef's exceptional skills, so I came here for lunch two days in a row. All the ingredients are personally selected by the chef each morning at the market, and the menu is designed daily, offering something new every day. From ingredient selection to cooking and plating, every step is meticulous and flawless. The chef is truly an artist!

We had a very good, well priced meal here and I ate just about the most delicious rabbit dish I have ever had - even the flavours had flavours.
The menu changes each day so you know it is all very fresh and there is a good selection of wines to suit most palates.
A wonderfully welcoming, cosy restaurant.

We visited the restaurant yesterday and we really likes the environment.
Unfortunately the only waitress working there didn’t speak English at all and the language barrier.
The menu was only in French and we struggled to understand and translate the food on the translation app. I explained that I am pregnant and have food restrictions and it seems that the waitress got it.
We had two starters and two main dishes. I ordered the pigeon dish and kindly asked them to cook the meat well down due to pregnancy. The waitress seems she understood as she said “bien”.
However the meat was not cooked well done and looked bloody . Immediately I signed to the chef who was passing by and kindly explained him that I am pregnant and have ordered the meat to be cooked well done and asked him if he could replace it. He said it’s difficult but he would do it .
I found his behaviour very rude as no one of them (neither the chef nor the waitress) apologised and he hesitated when I explained him that the bloody meat is not suitable for my pregnancy. Later, the waitress brought me the plate with the pigeon and seemed a bit annoyed and didn’t apologise for the mistake.
When I cut the meat the pigeon breast was bloody again. It seems he only replace the piece that I cut and put another one in the plate.
Very disappointing as they didn’t care and didn’t pay attention to a very serious health issue and they treated with no respect.
The photos shows the pigeon meat AFTER it was replaced and again the meat was bloody .

We arrived late in the evening into Saint Malo and were afraid we wouldn’t be able to get proper dinner. Mistaken we were! A small but cosy restaurant met us friendly and fed us deliciously! The waiting personnel advised on the menu and helped with translation. The Chef came to greet us and took a special order from our daughter which was not even in the menu! The food was excellent - very pretentious but in a positive way and at affordable price - sauces, side dishes and the mains themselves! Everything was perfect 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

First evening at Intra Muros in Saint Malo. This restaurant is one of the favorites of my friend that lives here. We weren’t disappointed as the food was amazing and the recommended wine as well. The setup is simple but nice and has flair. The menu is small but changes frequently which we really like as it shows creativity and guarantees fresh products.
We hope that we will be treated as friends of the chef as one table got lobster which wasn’t on the menu 😉
