Innovative courses, great service. In my opinion, they are on a successful way towards a Michelin star. I especially liked the course of the decomposed and rearranged tomato, it was fun to discover all ingredients and I enjoyed the well balanced harmony of the composition. The accompanying wines were very good. Again, the Cidre that accompanied the tomato course was a great match.

After one year, we revisited the restaurant in June 2023, and I can only repeat what I've said before.

We were looking forward to an interesting dinner at this highly-recommended (Michelin guide mentioned) restaurant. We arrived on time for our reservation only to find the restaurant closed. Shortly thereafter (AFTER our reservation time!) we received a notice indicating that the restaurant could not honor the reservation. This is NOT how you run a restaurant, no matter how interesting and clever the food actually is. Very unprofessional.
