We went for a day trip to France with a reservation at Julien Binz. We took the set menu for 128 Euro and really enjoyed it. Nice selection of food with a variety of dishes. Lamb cooked 2 ways was the main meat and 2 seafood dishes before. Service was excellent and we really enjoyed our meal.
The wine selection is huge but we only drank by the glass (went there by car). The interior is also nicely done. Will definitely go back.

This place is a bit fancy so if you want to blend in is better to get smart casual. Otherwise the experience is great. Food and services are remarkable. The wine list is as you would expect. Definitely a true one star restaurant. Hope to enjoy it again.
