Magnificent.

A small menu because they know how to make an outstanding meal in a well decorated and bright bistro interior.

There's not much to say besides it was one of the best meals I tried during my week in France and the best meal I've had in ages.

It was fresh, elegant, and fairly priced. Staff was friendly and could explain in multiple languages the details on the menu- showing the great care des Sophistes puts into every last detail of the dining experience.

A must-visit of Strasbourg.

This is a cozy and charming restaurant. We had a late lunch today and the food was fantastic. For lunch, they had two starter choices, three plats, and two desserts. €26 for each person. You could also order starter/plat or plat/dessert for a smaller price. Server was very friendly, highly recommend this place.

We had an outstanding dinner experience last Friday at Le Banquet des Sophistes. Wonderful and very friendly service and exceptional food with creative dishes. Definitely a must go in Strasbourg and one of our best restaurant experiences.

Absolutely incredibly spot, some of the best food I’ve had on my trip here, bar none. They’re very accomodating for english-speakers as well as a bonus! I can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful dinner here! Attentive, cheerful service by Rachel. Had 6 plate chef's choice and it was fantastic! Chopped up interior with decor that could be updated, but we would go back in a heartbeat!
