A chance encounter during our Alsace weekend trip. The staff were super friendly and efficient, and the food incredibly delicious and flavours well designed. The lamb rack is one of the most delicious I have ever had, the seared tuna also wonderful, the pineapple on rice soufflé dessert with sorbet is equally beautifully presented and a burst of flavours and textures. Would love to revisit with friends 🤓

The food was super and lovely restaurant
We went for 3 evenings
Service ok but staff forgot our drinks order a number of times but on 3rd night did offer a free final drink after forgetting to deliver a bottle of wine but still putting it on the bill

I had booked the table a couple of weeks before the day and extended our reservation, as our group had become bigger. When we arrived and I stated that we had a reservation, three waiters huddled up and discussed for 5 minutes, before showing us to our table. It took another 5 minutes to realize, that our coats needed to be picked up. This pattern went through the entire evening: the recommended wine was unimoressive, we had to pour the wine ourselves, on request of non-alcoholic aperitives the answer was „no we only have juice“. So the service was rather poor (not a language issue).

The food was okay, but fairly unseasoned and uninspired. I went with the trout dumplings with snail tempura, because I was hoping for some creative cooking, but the dumplings were bland, the spinache sauce added a bit of a mud-nuance and the tempura was soft, wet and without any kick. Others from our party had the beef and were pretty happy.

The dessert was also really good!

Found them in the Michelin Guide list and turned out really great! Amazing menu with delicious food and plating! The services from the ladies were awesome and made us feel really comfortable. Interior ambience is nice and with good air-conditioned. Highly recommended!
