Expérience du restaurant Yozora :

Nous avons passé une magnifique soirée entre amis, une expérience inoubliable pleine de saveurs et de parfums qui nous ont rappelé notre voyage au Japon 🇯🇵. Cependant, nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes qui ont terni cette belle expérience.
Points positifs :
- Les plats étaient globalement délicieux, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le goût et la présentation.
- Le cadre était agréable et sobre, et le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux.
- Nous félicitons l’équipe en cuisine pour le moment savoureux que nous avons passé.
Points à améliorer :
- Le plat de marcassin togarashi coco était trop épicé et, malheureusement, trop cuit sur nos quatre assiettes. C'est le seul bémol culinaire de notre soirée.
- Lors du forfait de 16 plats et des accords mets et vins, il est dommage de ne pas avoir un verre de vin pour accompagner les desserts.
- Le service des vins a été décevant. Nous avons dû réclamer le vin, et le premier n'est arrivé qu'après avoir presque terminé le premier plat, ce qui a créé une confusion avec l'arrivée de deux vins en même temps.
- Les temps d'attente pour les bouteilles d'eau (20 à 30 minutes) et le pain (demander quatre fois et attendre 15 à 20 minutes) sont trop longs. Un petit nettoyage de la table en cours de repas serait également souhaitable pour maintenir une belle présentation.
- Un petit regret de n’avoir pas pu échanger avec le chef, qui semblait s'entretenir uniquement avec une autre table.
Nous espérons que ces détails seront corrigés lors de notre prochaine visite. Ce ne sont pas des critiques, mais des suggestions pour améliorer une expérience qui vise une étoile. Nous avons hâte de revenir dès que le menu aura changé, car nous espérons que cette expérience restera inoubliable, tout comme celle d'hier soir. Bravo à toute l’équipe et continuez ainsi  .

Yozora Restaurant Experience:

We spent a wonderful evening with friends, an unforgettable experience full of flavors and scents that reminded us of our trip to Japan 🇯🇵. However, we encountered a few problems that tarnished this great experience.
Positive points:
- The dishes were overall delicious, and we particularly liked the taste and presentation.
- The setting was pleasant and sober, and the staff were welcoming and warm.
- We congratulate the kitchen team for the delicious time we had.
Points to improve:
- The coconut togarashi boar dish was too spicy and, unfortunately, overcooked on our four plates. This is the only culinary downside of our evening.
- During the 16-course package and food and wine pairings, it is a shame not to have a glass of wine to accompany the desserts.
- The wine service was disappointing. We had to ask for the wine, and the first one only arrived after we had almost finished the first course, which created confusion with two wines arriving at the same time.
- Waiting times for bottled water (20-30 minutes) and bread (asking four times and waiting 15-20 minutes) are too long. A little cleaning of the table during the meal would also be desirable to maintain a beautiful presentation.
- A little regret of not having been able to speak with the chef, who seemed to only speak with another table.
We hope these details will be corrected during our next visit. These are not criticisms, but suggestions to improve an experience that aims for one star. We look forward to returning as soon as the menu changes, as we hope this experience remains unforgettable, just like last night's. Well done to the whole team and keep it up.

We discovered the Yozora restaurant in Metz: an incredible experience! Each dish was a real discovery, with exquisite flavors and careful presentation. Special mention to the sommelier, who was fantastic: he guided us throughout the meal, presenting each wine to us with passion. Clairement le meilleur restaurant que j'ai fait dans ma vie pour le moment.

La cuisine est maîtrisée et le service impeccable. Nous avons adoré les petites attentions et la présentation de tous les produits bruts.

Aucun plat ne nous a déçu, c'était créatif, délicieux et très bien proportionné.

Pour un restaurant de cette gamme, le rapport qualité-prix est très correct.

Merci pour cette belle soirée à YOZORA sous la voûte céleste du Centre Pompidou, à la découverte du menu Grand Yozora. Première présentation, l’Omakaze, présentant tous les ingrédients locaux et autres des tableaux qui défileront sous nos yeux.
Superbe découverte d’un restaurant chic et sobre aux détails travaillés comme la céramique élégante avec de jolies boîtes à couteaux et les tenues originales de la brigade.
Un personnel sympathique dès l’accueil se montrant disponible avec de belles intentions
Merci au Chef et sa brigade pour toutes ces découvertes de saveurs mélangées, dosées avec goût, travaillées en finesse nous faisant voyager à chaque changement de plats.
Mention spéciale pour la musique permettant de se plonger directement dans le voyage vers les paysages relaxants d’Asie.
Le seul bémol a été de commencer ce voyage sans le vin lors des mises en bouche et de se retrouver en décalage des mets.

Superb discovery of a chic and sober restaurant with worked details such as elegant ceramics with pretty knife boxes and the original outfits of the brigade.
Friendly staff from the reception, showing themselves to be available with good intentions
Thank you to the Chef and his brigade for all these discoveries of mixed flavors, measured with taste, worked with finesse, taking us on a journey with each change of dishes.
Special mention for the music allowing you to immerse yourself directly in the journey to the relaxing landscapes of Asia.
The only downside was to start this trip without the wine during the appetizers and to find myself out of sync with the dishes.

Très belle soirée passée à Yozora.
Cadre très agréable à la décoration inspirée, répondant parfaitement au musée qui l’accueille. Cuisine très raffinée, les associations de saveurs et de textures sont à la fois complexes et équilibrées. C’est savoureux, maîtrisé. Le grand menu est bien pensé, varié. Du grand art. Et pour parfaire le tout le personnel est efficace, souriant et attentionné.

Very pleasant setting with inspired decoration, perfectly suited to the museum which hosts it. Very refined cuisine, the combinations of flavors and textures are both complex and balanced. It’s tasty, controlled. The large menu is well thought out and varied. Great art. And to complete it all, the staff is efficient, smiling and attentive.
