I want to extend my thanks to all the crew at Parcelle, especially Jean, Thomas, Adelle, and Jeremy, for making my night with my husband so special. I appreciate their professionalism and am delighted to see young individuals excel in their roles.

Jean and Jeremy, thank you for the outstanding wine presentation and for making the effort to communicate with me in English. Special thanks to Thomas, whose English skills calmed me down and made me feel relaxed communicating with him. I've been impressed from the reception until the goodbye.

Adelle provided excellent explanations of each dish served and reassured me about the frog’s menu, which turned out to be delicious. The restaurant has a professional vibe, with well-dressed servers and impeccable presentation. The ingredients are fresh, and the menu changes with the season and week, requiring diners to be open-minded to try new things. The wine pairing with the demi glasses was perfect for us.

Overall, I would definitely return, especially to experience the new dishes of the season.
Also, the taste of the food is wonderful, fresh ingredient,however the preference for food is personal so each person may have different opinions. As I'm not particularly fond of fish, so I didn't enjoy the jelly ball taste of fish as much. However, it's unique, and I'm still eager to try new dishes.

One minor downside: I prefer sitting across from my husband rather than next to him, but I understand that the seating arrangement is designed for comfort and to avoid disturbances from other tables or servers.

We spend a perfect evening (6 course menu with corresponding wine). Perfectly balanced food with a nice selection of wine. Beautiful presentation. Friendly staff... We hopefully will be back one day.
