The room was TINY, under the roof, 2 floors with elevator and 1 floor with stairs… 15 cm foam old mattress with 2 small blankets instead of big one for couple. Back pain all night- horrible comfort. VERY DISSAPOINTED for a 150e room. Comfort of a camping tent sleeping on the floor. Told the receptionist who told me they were planning to change it.. nothing else! Not what I expected… the night was horrible and I woke up very angry. It was supposed to be a relaxing night to drive back home after. I feel robbed to be honest.
They only put 1 photo of the room on the website not to show the room properly but it was even small in real (no sofa as I saw on the photo). The room was literally the size of the bed. Hard to walk around. No one at reception during the night when I went, if not I would have done a scandal!!!!

We came for the restaurant and ordered the vegan menu. The actual menu was very good and creative (though lacking any diversity in food categories). However, we were served an amuse-bouche made entirely out of cow cheese without being warned. When we realized and commented on it, the staff kept on insisting that "they know vegan people who eat cheese" and that we were the problem. While that may be true, when you order a vegan menu, you don't expect to be served a non-vegan food item (otherwise you would just order vegetarian...), or to be screamed at by the staff. Very unprofessional experience overall.

Thank you very much , we had a wonderful time at the chalet .
The room had a perfect size , very clean and quiet.
The spa is just amazing, the greatest I’ve seen.
The food for dinner was very tasty, very good and the service was professional.
For sure , we’ll come back.

We liked the hotel much, the rooms were rustic and comfortable, the balcony was great. Breakfast was varied and good quality, there could have been more vegetarian options on the dinner menu.

Excellent!  Friendly personnel! Super restaurant! Bed mattresses were not firm enough to our liking.
