My coup de coeur in Lille.
Not many ingredients per creation, but everyone of them is treated in many different meaningfull ways.
Langoustine, Clémentine, Turnip & Laurel.
Scallops, Jérusalem artichokes, Lemongrass.
Pork, Chard, mint & rosehip. (the pork's cooking was just incredible !)
Chocolate, coffee & Chervil.
The service was efficient and friendly.
100% recommended and would definitely go again.
