This one star Michelin restaurant is located in the beautiful Auberge du Jeu de Paume, a few minutes walk from Chantilly castle. The 3 course menu was simply fabulous, they pay attention to every detail  and the creativity of the dishes was very interesting! The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly! Great experience overall.

Ce moment passé à la Table du Connétable était superbe! Toute l’équipe du restaurant est adorable, généreuse et distinguée. Les mets travaillés par le chef étaient exquis, les vins sélectionnés et expliqués étaient très bons et parfaitement choisis, le service lui aussi était chaleureux et sophistiqué. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette magnifique adresse et n’attendons qu’une chose, y revenir !

This moment spent at the Constable’s Table was superb! The entire restaurant team is adorable, generous and distinguished. The dishes created by the chef were exquisite, the wines selected and explained were very good and perfectly chosen, the service was also warm and sophisticated. We will keep excellent memories of this magnificent address and can only wait for one thing: to come back!

Superbe établissement à la décoration classique et raffinée, accueil chaleureux et service professionnel digne d'un palace parisien, la salle du restaurant est agréable avec vue partiel sur la cuisine, le service et un vrai cérémonial comme la cuisine d'auteur du chef, expérience gastronomique réussi..... Les produits sont de qualité, bien présentés, un très bel honneur à la gastronomie française, bravo à Clément le chef de cuisine et sa brigade ainsi que l'équipe en salle c'était un dîner de réveillon réussi..
