I’ve taken Vinyasa and Yin classes with Hortense on several occasions. Her studio is a little sliver of paradise and a true house of sensory delights! Expect relaxing music, instructive courses, and an adorable puppy that greets you at the door!

What an amazing week! Hortense is a wonderful teacher/person/guide/… who chose the most beautiful place for this retreat -where we were pampered by the local staff (food was great😋)- and who attracted the nicest bunch of people. Definitely highly recommended and who knows, you may learn a few things about yourself😉

One of the best classes I have ever taken. This was the first week in Paris for me (I come from Italy), and I felt a bit out of place. This class really helped me slow down and recharge my energies after days of move out and settlement in the city. I highly recommend the experience and I will surely come back whenever I need a breath of fresh air ❤️
