Queue can be about 30mins long but it’s orderly and they try to turn the tables around as quick as possible. Staff will come by after they sit you. The steak is lean and consistently prepared. The fries and the sauce are the star of the show. They’ll come by and refill your steak and fries once. Service is quick and efficient. Will visit again with friends as it’s quite an experience.

I  was really looking forward to dining at this steakhouse, but my experience was disappointing. As soon as they brought out the salad, I noticed a hair on the plate while taking a picture. See pic. It made me feel sick and completely ruined my appetite.

I informed the waitress, but her response was unprofessional. She looked at me in a very judgmental way, as if accusing me of putting the hair there myself which is impossible because my hair is blonde, and the hair on the plate clearly wasn’t. She simply took the plate and replaced it, but there was no genuine apology or any gesture to make up for the situation. A discount, a free dessert, or even a sincere acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

For an establishment of this level, I expected much better service and customer care. This experience left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable dining here again.

Patience is key; waiting half an hour is worth it. The steak is of excellent quality and is cooked to a medium level of doneness. The house red wine pairs perfectly with it. Plus, the service is outstanding, even during the busier times, and it leaves me feeling relaxed.

The food is Sooo Good, I forgot to take more pictures before eating it. The dessert is also awesome. This is a place we visit more than once every time we go to Paris and this is the BEST location for this meal. Don’t forget to order a full bottle of wine, it’s worth the price difference. Merci!
