My favourite restaurant in Paris and the go-to place for bringing clients, family and old friends. The ambiance is chic and austere, availability of good wine is longer than your arm and the food is art. Come here for the intimacy: quiet talks or for getting party-tanked, à la parisienne, with people you can't stand living without.

Despite appearances, service is wonderfully kind and almost apologetically polite. Someone once told me this was a "special" place. It's true.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner. We reserved for an early time, 7:30, and we were the first in the restaurant. (Ah, such is the lot of us Americans - always wanting to eat before the locals.) We were warmly greeted and helped with our coats. As we were shown to our table we joked a bit about being there so early in the evening.

As we were reading the (short) menu, the same fellow dropped by our table and politely asked us (in French) if we were comfortable with the menu in French. I said that we were, but that we would occasionally need some info about what specific ingredients were (e.g. I knew that Rouget was a fish, but not what kind). He seemed very pleased and said that he would be happy to help out if we needed.

The restaurant offers three Menus, an entree and plat, a plat and dessert and all three. We opted for all three. I had the asparagus (green served as spears and white shaved and marinated) with some amazing smoked tuna. My wife had a lovely terrine of foie gras with a flavored cream and crispy fried onions. Both were super-delicious.

For our plats, I had the Tete de Veau with langoustine. The waitress looked like she needed some reassurance that I knew what I was getting myself into, so I said (in my bad French) that I really love things like that. My wife had another veal dish - Onglet de Veau served with roasted artichokes and potatoes. 

The Tete de Veau was SUPER gelatinous, and while the langoustine was beautifully cooked, I think I'd have traded it in for even more of that amazing veal head cheese.

My wife's dish was also delicious. The veal was perfectly cooked and the veggies were richly flavorful.

For dessert, I had a beautiful pineapple-based fruit and sorbet dish, and my wife had some sort of sorbet with a crispy caramelized tuille - sort of like a deconstructed creme brulee.

The waitress was very helpful with the wine list and was also great when I gave her a price point to work from.

All in all, this was a lovely choice for a special occasion, I'd go back in a minute.

My partner and I had a dinner date here when we were in Paris and it was absolutely perfect! My partner's brother lives in Paris and highly recommended this place; I'm so glad we went!

They change their menu often so to explain what we ordered is of no importance, what I can say is that everything was fresh, plated beautifully and tasted incredibly delicious. The restaurant itself is very elegant and I found the service to ge good as well. I highly, highly recommend this place and I hope to return some day soon!

Modern French restaurant. They have a lovely courtyard setting so that you are outside, but no chance of cold winds/breezes and with candlelit lanterns was a lovely setting. 
The menu (alas no English) was quite extensive and covered from light options (tomato with mozzarella) to more adventurous dishes (frogs legs) and all portions, whilst not large, were beautifully presented and just the right amount. 
The frogs legs were a little bland and wasn't sure which of the sauces it came with were for the meat. One sauce was inside a crispy ball so was a surprise. The turbo was delicious but I think it is better seared than poached. The rhubarb composite was too mean on the rhubarb (it is my fav dessert item) and although presence sin a beautiful meringue cage, I would rather have had more compote! 
Great wine selection (we had a Chablis which everyone loved). 
On the pricy side, so a venue for a celebration or a splurge!

The restaurant is located directly behind La Bourse ( the Parisian stock market). The interior is styled very modern, but spreads a warm ambiance. I was warmly greeted by the waiters and led to my table. One waiter brought me the card. The card contained six dishes of starters, main courses and desserts. I took the Pêche du jour, the daily fish dish consisting of pollack served with vegetables in a coconut sauce. I accompanied it with a 2005 Tokaji , which I choose from a list the waiter told me. The dish was delicious. As dessert I choose a composition of biscuit steamed in sheep milk, a splash of milky ice cream, a tile of biscuit coated with yoghurt and meringues stuffed with melting cream. The dessert was the glorious finish of my lunch. I would recommend this place anytime.

A modern take on French cuisine on a whole other level.  Their 3 course meal was one of the most original and mouth watering dinners that I've had while in Paris.

Beyond a doubt, the best meal we had over 10 days in Paris. The staff are very attentive and the food incredible. They also have an adorable and private courtyard. We ended up here on the recommendation of a local, and would recommend it to anyone. A fabulous, fabulous meal.
