The most amazing Paris dining experience - everything was delicious with detailed execution and care. Service was also spectacular and fantastic fresh ingredients. Must try the chefs special caviar dish. Thank you so much chef Sato and team!

A group of foreign tourists were having a loud party.
The restaurant staff didn't say anything to them, which was unpleasant.
It's a shame because the food was delicious.
I don't want to go again.

I’ve been at Blanc 3 times since it opened. Twice with friends and family, most recently with business partners. Their food is out of the world, fun but extremely elegant, there is story and intention behind every dish. Service I also wish to highlight, is exceptional, knowledgeable staff, synchronized service, most elegant of rhythm and interaction throughout the whole meal. There are many fine dining options in my home town in HK, but Blanc is the only place I’d eat at in this category. Bravo Chef Sato and his team!  Wish to see everyone again in a few months.

Not worth it. We visited and together with another couple we were the only ones. No atmosphere … weird place and very expensive
