Ortensia offered an exceptional gastronomic experience. The tasting menu was unique and full of delicious flavors, complemented by excellent service. The staff took the time to explain each dish and wine pairing, and the half-wine option was perfect for someone who doesn't usually drink much wine. We appreciated the Chef’s personal touch, greeting us and even serving our dishes, which made our anniversary lunch extra special. We left feeling full, satisfied, and impressed by the creativity and care put into every detail.

Wonderful dining experience with impeccable service and food. I usually don't like fusion restaurants but  fusion was done exceptionally well. Tasting menu wasn't too tiring, the number of dishes was perfect, with yummy amuse bouche and petit fours. Would go back again! Food was also in the right price range - didn't hurt the wallet and well worth the michelin star

Exceptional experience! 10/10 hands down! Food was meticulous, delicious, and the service was absolutely outstanding. The chef came to talk to every table after the lunch service, and the servers were very observant, patient, and kind. I accidentally dropped my handkerchief when I went to the bathroom and they noticed immediately and put a new one my table before I came back. I also forgot my hat when I left and our server ran out just in time to catch us before we were turning a corner.

They were great at communicating in English as well, as my French is non existent, haha.

Overall, delicious food with exceptional service! You will surely be more than satisfied with the this wonderful establishment!

Weak wine, terrible food. Don't be fooled by the presentation.

The chef seems afraid to include any level of flavor in his food. Technique is lacking as well, with stringy tartar and bloody pigeon being the main examples. Dessert macaroon tasted like chewing gum.

The service I'd describe as a bit weird and awkward, but still pleasant for the most part. Sommelier's wine comments were still much more useful than dish descriptions such as "pigeon, very delicate".

For this price I expected more.
