We had high expectations for Brach Restaurant and chose it for our New Year’s Eve dinner. Based on photos we’d seen online, we mistakenly thought it was a rooftop restaurant, but that wasn’t the case. Additionally, the menu available when we arrived was not the same as the one advertised online (no scallops, no arayes, no labneh dish).

We opted for the steak dinner, which turned out to be rather simple and underwhelming given the occasion and the restaurant’s reputation. While the decor and ambiance were stylish and comfortable, the experience fell short of our expectations. We arrived a bit early for our reservation, and although our drinks were promptly served, the staff was in a meeting, delaying our food order by about 20 minutes from our reservation time.

Overall, we left feeling disappointed with the dining experience, as it didn’t match the hype or the price point.

The rooftop where we made our reservation was closed so we were sat downstairs at the restaurant, which is fine. After sitting there for 20 minutes no one came up to take our order or give us water, so we left. Heard great things about this place so it is unfortunate that this happened. Looks very nice on the inside but don't think they like Americans. If it was really busy then maybe I'd understand but it was pretty much empty.

Outstanding food, I’ve had the best tahini in my life in here. The baba ghanouj and beef kebab along with the cauliflower were superb. The service and ambiance were on point and lovely. Truly a gem of a place.
