Literally one of the best meals ever. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Small restaurant with nice ambiance. Service was efficient if a bit impersonal which fortunately did not detract from the experience. Not inexpensive, but for what you get it's quite reasonable especially for Central Paris. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Edit: ended up having food poisoning for two nights from eating the beef here. Will never come back to this place again

The old lady waitress was quite bad and rude, she should be fired and replaced and the restaurant would improve.

The food was decent, we had the beef bourguignon and scallops.

This place is fantastic!  I am fortunate enough to travel the world with my job. This place ranks as one of my favorites. It’s definitely high class dining at a middle class price. Outstanding!  Got to the website and send an email for a reservation.

Restaurant L’Ardoise was around the corner from our hotel but I would visit from anywhere in Paris. They serve wonderful and original dishes. The food taste very fresh and the menu is creative. The service was friendly and very helpful. This is a small stand out restaurant in a city of stand out restaurants. Definitely a place I will frequent whenever I am in Paris.

I was fortunate to have walked into this restaurant on a Monday afternoon when a reservation was not required. The food displayed solid culinary foundation in the chef’s repertoire. Technique was sound, tastes were abundant and plating was pleasing to the eye. Lunch was not expensive considering the high quality! (About €90 for two people have three courses, including drinks.) A recommended spot if you’re in the area!
